Repsol YPF will take part in Expoquimia 2002

Expoquimia 2002, is held in Barcelona from 26th to 30th. Repsol YPF- Chemicals will take part, offering its well known product port folio, but will also present and two new products within its polypropylene range.
In this international event, celebrated every three years, Repsol YPF will welcome customers and friends at its stand located in Motjüic Enclosure -1,Palace 4, Stand H705, from 10am to 7pm. Our clients and colleagues will be able to find out more about the new speciality in the Isplen® Polypropylene, range:

- High Stiffness Heterophasic Copolymers: PB 176 N4M y PB 186 N4M
- High-Impact Random Copolymer: PR 290 X9M

Heterophasic Copolymers have applications, among others, in technical items, sports goods, packaging, household ware, garden furniture, in the case of Isplen® PB 176 N4M, and packaging for foodstuffs, toys, camping articles, technical items for household appliances and car industry, if we talk about Isplen® PB 186 N4M.
Isplen® PR 290 X9M applications can be transparent boxes and containers for home and professional storage, domestic containers for cold storage, thin-walled containers for ice creams and dairy products, and transparent containers for chemical products, like paints.
These products belong to Repsol YPF-Chemicals, division that is dedicated to the production and sales of petrochemical products, ranging from base petrochemicals to derivatives. Its production is structured in four Business Units:

- Base Petrochemicals
- Industrial Products
- Intermediate Products
- Poliolefinas
