Free naphthene oil specially recommended for use as a liquid insulator in electrical equipment. Pure mineral oil produced from highly refined and treated rust-resistant basestocks, which guarantee the absence of solids, polar compounds and substances that precipitate at low temperatures. Special precautions are adopted within a rigourous manufacturing and packaging process to ensure the total absence of humidity, the presence of which would be incompatible with the high dielectric power required.
