The new 6kg butane cylinder, the k6, has arrived. A cylinder that is modern, compact, lightweight and easy to use.

Compatible with the traditional butane system

The k6 is compatible with the traditional butane system, which is why you can also put it to more traditional uses: cooking, heating and hot water.

It's not possible to exchange the traditional 12.5 kg cylinder for this new bottle. If you would like the traditional cylinder to be taken away because you're no longer going to use it, you should call the agent that delivered the product to your address.

Locate your nearest sales outlet

The new k6 butane bottles are always available. You can find them exclusively at selected Repsol, Campsa and Petronor service stations.

How to obtain it

Getting the new k6 is straightforward, you just have to go to your nearest sales outlet and in a few minutes you could be enjoying one of a thousand possibilities. To do so:

If it is the first time you are getting the k6:

You should complete a contract providing your details.
Along with the price of the gas, you have to pay the connection fee and also the deposit for the cylinder, which will be reimbursed when it is finally returned.

If you have an old 6 kg butane cylinder:

You must return the old cylinder and fill out the return document. Your deposit will then be refunded to you.
Once you have done this, you can purchase the k6 following the steps indicated in the previous section.
