First Contract
First time users of a Repsol Gas meter will need the following documentation:
- Photocopy of the contract holder's NIF (VAT card), CIF (Company VAT) or NIE (Tax Inspection Card for foreigners).
- Photocopy of the house deed, or the lease.
- Holder's authorization, if said holder is different to the person formalising the contract, along with the identification documents for both individuals (NIF, CIF, NIE).
- Installation certificate and outline.
- Licence of First Occupation, Certificate of Habitation or Finals Works Certificate; as per Autonomous Community specifications.
- Heating installation certificate (only in heating installations with a power of between 5 kW and 70 kW).
