Inspection and contracting fees
The sum relating to the contract of a new user as well as the fees for the prior inspection of the installation.
Contract for 2nd occupiers with an installation that is already registered in the system
When the contract has not been cancelled, the meter has not been dismantled and the residence is in continued use.
Contract for 2nd occupiers with an installation that is no longer registered in the system
When the installation has been removed from the register and the meter has been sealed off and is no longer in use.
Deposit
This is paid by the customer at the time of paying the inspection and contracting fees.
All of these payments should be made by direct debit and may vary in certain Autonomous Communities.
Emergency Attention Service
The Emergency Attention Service provides a permanent service, so that possible safety incidents with the installation can be dealt with, according to what has been established in RD 919/2006.
