New Contract

Requirements

If you have an installation which uses butane or propane cylinders and you want to contract the supply from our company, you will need the following documents:

• Photocopy of  ID card or, for companies, of the last IAE (Tax on Economic Activities) receipt.  
• For new houses, photocopy of the certificate of occupancy or equivalent documents required in the autonomous regions.
• Gas installation certificate, or certificate of installation's working order. This is not necessary if it is not a receiver installation (without rigid equipment).
• Heating installation certificate with the O.T.C. entry register, if applicable.
• Construction project endorsed by the corresponding professional body, with a copy of the OTC entry, management of works certificate and installation sketch in the following cases:
  
  • 35 kg. propane cylinders, if there are more than 10 cylinders connected simultaneously (consumption plus reserve). 
  • Installations with 11 kg. propane cylinders or 12.5 kg. butane cylinders, when there are more than 18 propane cylinders, or 16 butane cylinders, bottles connected simultaneously (consumption plus reserve.
  • Individual installations with a nominal power for simultaneous use of over 70 kw.   

Once you have these documents in your hands, you must get in touch with your area agency, who will arrange for one of our technicians to check your installation. This is what we call "visit prior to contract".

Once the certificate approving the condition of the installation has been issued, you should go to your agency with all the said documents to sign the contract.
