Requirements
If you have an installation supplied by butane or propane cylinders and want to sign a supply contract with our company, you will need the following documents:
- Photocopy of ID card or, for companies, of the last IAE (Tax on Economic Activities) receipt.
- For new houses, photocopy of the certificate of occupancy or equivalent documents required in the Autonomous Communities.
- Gas installation certificate, or certificate of installation's working order. This is not necessary if it is not a receiver installation (without rigid equipment).
- Heating installation certificate with the O.T.C. entry register, if applicable.
Once you have these documents in your hands, you must get in touch with your area agency, who will arrange for one of our technicians to check your installation. This is what we call "visit prior to contract".
Once the certificate approving the condition of the installation has been issued, you should go to your agency with all the said documents to sign the contract.
