Contract Modification
This process allows you to change both the contract holder and the installation details.
In both cases, you should go to your agency with your ID card and the certificate of suitability or safety certificate which was issued after your last installation check (if still valid).
In case of a change of address, you must keep the cylinders so that your contract can be modified. If not a new contract will have to be drawn up. You can also benefit from these advantages when moving to a new home which is already supplied with cylinders, provided that the previous owner's contract is still valid.
In any case, once you have presented the necessary documents, the agency will arrange for one of our technicians to check your installation.
Once this has been done, the agency will give you a document to fill in order to legalize your contract.
You will only be charged for the technician´s visit.
