Contract expiry
Once you have asked your agency for the contract expiry:
- The agency will have the cylinders removed from your home and will return your deposit, in accordance with the amount which appears in your contract.
- The agency will have the cylinders removed from your home and will give you a receipt. The contract holder must take the receipt as well as the supply certificate to the agency, in order to sign the contract expiry and get the deposit back.
- The customer delivers the cylinders to the appropriate agency warehouse and must susbsequently go to the agency to sign the contract expiry and get the deposit back.
