Delivery conditions
If you are a Repsol Butano customer and need to refill your gas cylinder, there are a number of options available to you:
- The easiest option is to place an order with your agency over the phone. This can also be done by turning up at your local agency's offices or by asking your local deliveryperson.
- You can also buy your gas directly from home sales agencies. These follow a fixed route to ensure their local area is supplied. They are obliged to inform customers of the date and time they are likely to be in the vicinity. You can therefore avoid ordering your gas in advance and buy it directly from the home sales agency.
In all cases, the price of our service includes home delivery.
