Contract amendment
You may change both the name of the contract holder and the gas installation details. In both cases you must go to your agency with your ID card and the installation safety certificate or the certificate given to you on your last installation check.
In the case of a change of address, you must keep the cylinders so that your contract can be modified. If you do not have the cylinders, a new contract will have to be drawn up. You can also benefit from these advantages when moving to a new home which is already supplied with cylinders, as long as the previous owner's contract is still valid.
Whatever the case, once you have produced the necessary documents, the agency will arrange for one of our technicians to check your installation.Once this has been done, the agency will give you a document to fill in, in order to legalise your contract.
You will be charged solely for the technician's visit to your home.
