Contract expiry
Once you have requested the contract expiry from agency you should follow one of the following procedures:
- The agency will have the cylinders removed from your home and will return your deposit.
- The agency will have the cylinders removed from your home and will give you a receipt. The contract holder must take the receipt and the supply certificate to the agency, in order to sign the contract expiry and get the deposit back.
- The customer delivers the cylinders to the appropriate agency's warehouse and must susbsequently go to the agency to sign the contract expiry and get the deposit back.
