For installation checks carried out by Repsol Official Services

If you have had your installation checked by Repsol Butano Official Service and it has been declared to be in working condition, our technician will give you the following documents:

• Folder containing customer's documentation.
• Technical assistance service cards.
• Invoice.
• Installation check certificate.
• Guarantees and services document.
• Installation check sticker.

The installation check certificate is vital. It must contain all the installation's data, and a sketch of this.

Some of Spain's autonomous regions require an official regional model for the installation check certificate.

There will be three copies of the installation check certificate: one for you, one for the Official service and one for Repsol Butano.

If the installation does not pass the check due to defects or faults, an installation defects form shall be delivered, a free repairs estimate shall be offered, and information about the statutory deadline for repairing it shall be given.

Documentation for checks made by other companies

If you have had the installation serviced through an authorized fitting company other than Repsol Butano Official Service, this company must give you a certificate to show that the service has been carried out.

There will be three copies of the certificate: one for the installation user, another one shall be sent to your agency and the third one must be kept by the company that fits the installation.
