Service conditions
The Breakdown Service is available non-stop, 24 hours/day, all year round.
If you need this service, call 901 12 12 12 and one of our technicians will be on your doorstep within no longer than 3 hours.
If one of our cylinders is the cause of the problem, the service will be completely free of charge. If, however, the fault is found in another part of the installation and not in the cylinder, the first half hour of work and the call-out fee will also be free of charge, providing you still have the Guarantees and Services document (issued to you during one of our periodic checks). All of this is applicable during the revision's period of validity and on finding a defect in any one of these parts.
If the cylinder is not faulty and you do not have the guarantees and services document, the Official Service will charge an extra fee for travel costs and the first half hour of work. Materials needed to repair the fault plus the cost of the service after the first half an hour, will be charged separately.
