The installation or modification of all gas systems must be carried out by authorized gas fitters.

You are responsible for using your gas system correctly whilst keeping it in perfect working condition.

If you smell gas, do not light a match or turn on any electrical switches. Close your gas regulator, ventilate the room, and contact our Breakdowns service on 901 121212

The flame reflects the quality of the gas combustion. A flame that is bright, stable, and bluish indicates good combustion. If the flame is noisy, unstable, or has yellow tips, have your system checked by the manufacturer's service technician. This will improve combustion and reduce gas consumption.

Butane and propane gases are not toxic. However, as they weigh more than air, they tend to accumulate in low places, and therefore cannot be used or stored in basements.

The area where a gas system is installed and used must always be ventilated. Never obstruct or cover the ventilation grille.

Butane and propane have a distinctive odour that you will notice immediately should there be a leak.

Do not use the flexible tube after the expiry date indicated on it. Never force the tube or pull it excessively.
