Gas meter reading
We will take your meter reading on a periodic basis. You will be informed of the exact date of the reading in advance, through a notice in the entrance of your building. If your meter is located in the interior of your home, and you will not be there on the specified date, you can:
- Send us the meter reading by internet (only available in Spanish)
- Leave the meter reading, in writing, with: the concierge, a neighbour, or a note on the door.
If you do not have your reading we will send you an estimate of your gas consumption based on previous readings so that you do not have to pay accumulated bills. This estimate will be regularized once we have a proper reading from your meter.
How to take a reading and send it to us?
All you need is your policy number, specifying solely the first 8 correlative digits, and the meter reading, sending us the first black numbers which appear before the comma and of which, depending on the type of meter, there will be 4 or 5.
