Industrial bitumens
Industrial bitumens are hydrocarbonated binders prepared using specific production processes.They are used principally in the production of asphalt sheets, which are used for waterproofing and sealing in buildings and bridges.
Repsol YPF Lubricantes y Especialidades S.A. produces and markets the following lines of industrial bitumen on the Spanish and exportation markets:
- Redaspol: asphalts specifically formulated in order to produce polymer waterproof sheets combined with rubber.
- Redoxfal: oxidized asphalts that are used to produce oxyasphalt sheets.
- Special emulsions for priming and sealing surfaces.
