The French firm Peugeot is celebrating its 200th anniversary this year. An event was organised in the Paris at the beginning of the year to celebrate this fact, an act where the company revealed some new vehicles as well as a change of image.

Two hundred years in the thick of the action has given the firm a lot of experience in the world of motoring, as a result Peugeot can claim to have built a good reputation in the sector. The firm is celebrating this great anniversary in 2010 and to commemorate this landmark it has created a new image for the company, a renewed logo and at the same time it has set itself an objective for 2015, to become the seventh best selling manufacturer in the world.

At the event in Paris Peugeot presented two new vehicles that will appear in the near future, both had one feature in common, both the E-Vivacity and the Hybrid 3 Revolution are environmentally friendly. The two scooters should be on the streets of our cities in 2011-2012 respectively.

Development and innovation are two words that have always been associated with this company, something that the firm has demonstrated during the whole of its long history, from its very beginnings it has dedicated its efforts to producing efficient means of transport, from bicycles, cars and motorbikes to commercial vehicles.
