The staff are mainly concentrated in Spain (50%) and Argentina (33%), though there is also a significant number of workers in countries such as Ecuador (2%), Peru (2%), Portugal (4%), Trinidad and Tobago (1%) and Brazil (1%). In terms of business areas, 6% of our personnel work in Upstream, 48% in Downstream, 30% in YPF, 6% in Natural Gas and 0.5% in LNG. The staff is made up of 1% managers and executives, 6% technical chiefs, 43% technicians, 5% administrators and 45% operatives. In our team we have one woman for every three men, with 91% of employees on permanent contracts.
