Financial Annual Report 2008 of Repsol YPF,S.A., comprising the  Annual Accounts and the Management Report of Repsol YPF,S.A. and the Consolidated Annual Accounts and Consolidated Management Report of the fiscal year ended on the 31 December 2008, revised by the auditor; the Auditor’s Report on the Annual Accounts and Management Report of Repsol YPF and its Group; and the Statement of Responsibility of the content  signed by all the members of the Board of Directors of Repsol YPF, S.A., pursuant to the provisions of article 35 of the Securities Market Act and article 8 of the Royal Decree 1362/2007, of 19 October.
