DIVIDEND PAYMENT

In accordance with the agreement adopted by Repsol’s Board of Directors, a payable dividend shall be issued for fiscal year 2009, as per the following characteristics:

The dividend amount shall be paid as per prevailing regulations for stakeholder companies, using the means provided by IBERCLEAR for said entities. 

To that end, the payment agency appointed is: BBVA
