Electronic Shareholder Forum

In accordance with that detailed in article 539.2 of the Consolidated Text of the Limited Companies Act, Repsol YPF will activate, for the celebration of each General Shareholders’ Meeting, the Electronic Shareholder Forum with the aim of facilitating the communication between shareholders of the Company (individuals, in addition to physical persons such as legal representatives and voluntary associations that could be constituted).

The Regulations of the Repsol YPF, S.A. Electronic Shareholder Forum and the corresponding Conditions of Access, Registration, Use and Operation of the Repsol YPF, S.A. Electronic Shareholder Forum regulate the activation of the Forum, its use by the shareholders of Repsol YPF, S.A. and voluntary associations that could be constituted in accordance with existing legislation in addition to the guarantees, terms and conditions of access and use of the same.
