Pedro Fernández Frial

Industrial Engineer by the Madrid Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingenieros Industriales, and graduate of the Management Development Program (PDD) at IESE. 

He started his career in the Repsol Group back in 1980 in the Refining area.  In 1992, he joined the Group's Department of Planning and Control, holding responsibility in the planning of the gas business, and in 1994 was appointed Director of Planning and Control for Chemicals. In 2002 he became head of this business area and in 2003 was named Corporate Director of Planning and Control for the Repsol Group.

Since January 2005 he has held the position of Executive Director of Downstream, being responsible for the Refining, Marketing, Chemicals, LPG, Trading and New Energy business units.
