The 2011 Annual Report on Corporate Governance of Repsol YPF, S.A is published as per the provisions of Article 61 bis of the Securities Market Law. The Report has been created in accordance with the current Annual Report on Corporate Governance format approved in National Securities Market Commission Circular 4/2007, of 27 December, and also includes: (i) an Annex with the additional information required by Article 61 bis of the Securities Market Law, in accordance with the wording introduced by Law 2/2011 of 4 March on Sustainable Economy; and (ii) the External Auditor's evaluation report on the effectiveness of the Internal Control System for Financial Information (SCIIF) used by Grupo Repsol YPF.
