The scheduled second test day at the Jerez circuit went ahead with relative normality, barely interrupted by the occasional showers that fell on the Andalusian track throughout the day. Making the most of the intervals when the track was dry, Marc Márquez clocked up the best time of the day, with a time of 1 minute, 47 seconds and 473 milliseconds.

The Repsol rider and his team decide to err on the side of caution and will be back in action from next Saturday at the Jerez Circuit, in another three-day test

In the second session of the official test at the Circuito de la Comunitat Valenciana Ricardo Tormo, Repsol rider Marc Márquez had a very productive day, in which as well as clocking up the best time of the day, he carried out endless tests with his Derbi RSA 125. The young rider completed a total of 45 laps of the Valencian track, clocking up his best time in lap 38.

The 125cc pre-season continues to advance and today, at the Circuit de la Comunitat Valenciana Ricardo Tormo, the first official practices of the year started, as proven by the 25 riders who took part and the official the timesheet. On a sunny day with a little wind on the track, Marc Márquez has confirmed that he is one of the fastest in the category by ending the day second on the timesheet.

After a two-day test at the Malaysian circuit of Sepang and intense work, Dani Pedrosa has gradually fine tuned the set up of his Honda RC212V with the new parts prepared for this season. After more than 100 laps and almost 600 KM, the Repsol Honda rider improved little by little -shaving half a second of his times from the first day on the second day- but he finished with the impression that there is still work to do.
