Multiadventure sports companies offer weekend programmes in which everything is included; accommodation, food and activities, and as such they feature interesting discounts. However, it is usually also possible to do customised programmes.  Some interesting options are as follows:

For example, the company Vertientes Aventura, which carries out its activities in the Pyrenees and the Sierra de Guara, offers this kind of options: Super Canyoning weekend: during the weekend, participants stay in a hostel and the programme includes breakfast, lunch and dinner. On the Saturday they will perform a river descent in order to get started in this activity and on the Sunday they will abseil down a cliff. The price per person is approximately 150 euros. On the Acuaventura Weekend, on one of the two days you do a water sport (rafting, rapelling, etc) and on the other day you go quad biking or horse riding. The company Legola, located in the Jarilla mountains in Extremadura, also offers similar activities for spending a fun-filled weekend. As such, for approximately 80 euros per person, the participants can go pony trekking, quad biking, do archery, or go paintballing, etc. The price includes two nights and three days of activities and fun, accommodation and full board at a hostel, officially approved activity equipment, expert instructors, public liability and accident insurance and a support vehicle. Another similar company is Naturlan. They work in different parts of the Basque Country, Castile and León, the Pyrenees and Picos de Europa. One of the most interesting weekend options is held in the Guara mountains. The participants, raft down the Gallego River and abseil down the Formiga ravine. There is approximately one instructor for every eight people, given that the difficulty of the activities is considered to be medium-high. The cost is approximately 120 euros, and the participants can choose the second activity they wish to do (walking, climbing wall, quad biking, etc).
